The best Grok Bots for a personal assistant or chief of staff

Updated · GrokShelf

"Personal assistant" covers several different jobs: keeping your inbox under control, protecting your time, briefing you each morning and making sure follow-ups happen. No single Bot does all of it well, so this list groups shared Grok Bots by the job they're best at. Every pick is a public Bot verified against its x.ai share page.

How to choose

Start with the job that costs you the most time each week and add one Bot for it. Give it only the tools it needs, keep sending and scheduling behind your approval, and read its first week of results before adding a second Bot.

The picks above are not interchangeable copies of one assistant. A chief of staff keeps priorities and other Bots in one place. An executive assistant recaps the inbox and calendar. A triage Bot sorts requests and does not reply. An inbox Bot processes every channel on one routine. A follow-up Bot only books the conversation you already agreed to. If a listing cannot say which of those jobs it does, and what it will not do, it is not ready to be the one you add.

People also ask for a personal-finance or home Bot in the same breath as an assistant. Treat that as a second hire. A card or household Bot needs different accounts and a different approval rule than a calendar Bot. The finance category and the personal category keep those listings separate from this one.
