Shared Bots get a proper admin page

Grok Bot

Teams can now manage every Bot they share from one place, and opening a shared Bot always shows its latest version.

Grok Bot now has a Shared Bots admin page with two jobs: managing the Bots you've shared and creating new ones. For teams that have grown past a handful of shared Bots, this replaces hunting through individual Bot settings.

Two smaller changes make sharing more predictable. Opening a shared Bot again now shows its latest version, including its integrations, so you're not running a stale copy. And Team Bots no longer crowd the main Bot picker; large teams see their most-used shared Bots first.

Why it matters: sharing is turning from a one-off link into something teams manage. If your organization shares Bots internally, give each one an owner who keeps its instructions current and decides when to retire it. That's the same discipline GrokShelf applies to public listings, each of which links to a live x.ai share page.
